Overview

Warren Finance Ops is an internal finance operations assistant operated by Fieldstone Works for authorized internal finance operations. The system helps with accounting review, expense categorization support, reporting, and administrative finance workflow follow-through.

Information accessed

When authorized through Intuit, Warren Finance Ops may access QuickBooks Online company data needed for internal finance operations, such as accounts, transactions, vendors, customers, invoices, expenses, categories, reports, and related accounting records.

How information is used

Information is used only to support internal finance operations, including reviewing transactions, summarizing business spending, preparing reports, identifying items needing review, and organizing accounting workflows.

Data sharing

Fieldstone Works does not sell QuickBooks data. Data is not shared with third-party marketers. Access is limited to authorized internal operators and systems needed to provide the finance operations workflow.

No advice

Warren Finance Ops supports internal organization and reporting workflows. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored locally in secured credential storage where practical. Accounting data is handled for internal workflow purposes and should be protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Disconnecting access

The QuickBooks connection can be disconnected by revoking app access from Intuit/QuickBooks account settings or by following the instructions on the Warren Finance Ops disconnect page.
