Warren Finance Ops Terms.
These terms describe the intended use of Warren Finance Ops as an internal Fieldstone Works finance workflow tool.

Purpose
Warren Finance Ops is an internal finance operations assistant operated by Fieldstone Works for authorized internal finance operations. It is used to support QuickBooks Online review, expense organization, reporting, and administrative finance workflows.
Authorized use
Use of Warren Finance Ops is limited to authorized internal users. The system should only be connected to QuickBooks Online companies where the account owner or authorized administrator has approved access.
No financial, tax, or legal advice
Warren Finance Ops supports organization and reporting workflows. It does not replace a qualified accountant, tax professional, financial advisor, or attorney. Final accounting, tax, and legal decisions remain the responsibility of the business owner and qualified professionals.
Accuracy
Reports, summaries, and categorization suggestions should be reviewed before reliance. Users are responsible for confirming the accuracy of financial records and any changes made in QuickBooks Online.
Data use
Warren Finance Ops does not sell QuickBooks data and is not used for third-party marketing.
Connection and disconnection
QuickBooks Online access is controlled through Intuit authorization. Access may be revoked through Intuit or QuickBooks account settings, or by following the Warren Finance Ops disconnect instructions.
